The form collects your name, email, optional company and phone, your message, selected product, page, language and campaign parameters. We use these details to respond to your request. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

How enquiries are handled

Enquiries are stored in the existing DGS workspace and sent as email notifications to sale@tapeandcase.com. The site is hosted on Vultr in the United States. Workspace and email services process the information needed to handle your request. A temporary delivery queue helps prevent requests being lost during connection failures.

Retention and access

Enquiry details are retained to respond to your request and manage the resulting business correspondence. Access is limited through workspace permissions. Contact sale@tapeandcase.com to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry details.
